Past, Present and Future of the Middle East were Discussed at DPU
The Past, Present and Future of the Middle East Panel was held at Kütahya Dumlupınar University, where Prof. Dr. Cengiz Tomar and Dr. Lecturer Vehbi Baysan participated as speakers.
Prof Dr Tomar and Lecturer Baysan, as well as our Rector Prof Dr Süleyman Kızıltoprak, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Prof Dr Rahmi Kasımoğulları, our academic and administrative staff and many students attended the event held at FEF Germiyanoğlu Yakup Bey Hall.
Prof. Dr. Süleyman Kızıltoprak, who moderated the panel, noted that the panel will point out the causes of today's problems in the Middle East, which is located next to Turkey, and will provide a future prediction based on this, and left the floor to the panelists. The presentations of Prof. Dr. Tomar and Dr. Lecturer Baysan, who shed light on the history and future of our nearby geography with their explanations, were watched with interest by our students. Our guests then answered questions from our students.
After the event, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Prof Dr Cengiz Tomar and Dr Lecturer Vehbi Baysan in memory of the day.
