Vice rectors Prof. Dr. Hasan Göçmez and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences Prof. Dr. Rahmi Kasımoğulları, Dean of the Faculty of Education Prof. Dr. İrfan Terzi, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts Prof. Dr. Levent Mercin, Deputy General Secretary Prof. Dr. Atilla Batur, deputy deans, department heads, academic and administrative staff, students and citizens participated to the ceremony.
