DPU at EPO Erasmus + Internship Consortium Meeting
Kütahya Dumlupınar University participated in the European Placement Opportunities (EPO) Erasmus + Internship consortium meeting.
The European Placement Opportunities (EPO) Erasmus + Internship Consortium meeting, which is coordinated by Manisa Celal Bayar University and is a partner of our University, was held at Manisa Organized Industrial Zone Regional Directorate.
Organized in the Regional Directorate of Manisa Organized Industrial Zone and our University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Göçmez and our Foreign Relations Coordinator Assoc. Dr. Oktay Şahbaz, Manisa Celal Bayar University, Afyon Kocatepe University, İzmir University of Economics, Uşak University, Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, İzmir Chamber of Commerce, Uşak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Manisa Celal Bayar University Technology Development Zone A.Ş. , Yunus Emre Institute and representatives of Twin Arge attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the EPO consortium was accredited by the National Agency for 3 years in 2018, and it was discussed that the right to receive grants to be used for staff lectures, staff training and student internship mobility was discussed and exchange of ideas was made.
After the meeting, our Foreign Relations Coordinator issued a statement. The statement included the following statements:
With the budget of this project, which was awarded a grant by the National Agency for the 2019-2020 period, a total of 40 students will be provided with internships in EU countries and 58 staff will be mobilized in EU countries.
Our coordinatorship announced that the necessary announcements regarding the student and staff selection will be made on the official web pages of the University and the coordinatorship.
