In his explanations in the program, Prof. Dr. Âlim Işık gave wide coverage to the projects related to our students. Speaking first about the Residence Card project, he said that “two of the targets we set for Kütahya are to stop the migration in Kütahya and normalize the old population of Kütahya. The residence card is a project that includes both of these goals”.
