Rector of Kutahay Dumlupinar University Prof. Dr. Kâzım Uysal, recieved the Certificate Of Election from President of the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. Yekta Saraç.

The rectors of 11 universities appointed by the Presidential decision on 27 July 2019 received their certificates in the center of the Council of Higher Education in Ankara.
