PROF. DR. ZEYNAL ABİDDİN ERGÜLER RECEIVED THREE AWARDS
Kütahya Dumlupınar University academic staff Prof. Dr. Zeynal Abidin ERGÜLER from the Department Of Geological Engineering won 3 awards including the Springer Best Paper at 1st Conference of Arabian Journal of Geosciences.
Head of the Department Of Geological Engineering Prof. Dr. Zeynal Abidin ERGÜLER and his studies were deemed worthy of three awards. The 1st Conference of the Arabian Journal of Geosciences took place between November 12th and 15th, 2018 in the city of Hammamet, Tunisia. At the conference, 680 papers were presented which were appreciated as a result of referee evaluations.

Being a crucial study for Kütahya and its neighbourhoods, the study titled “Hydro-geochemical Behavior of Acid Formation of Sulfide-Bearing Rocks Based on Kinetic Column Tests” prepared by Prof. Dr. Zeynal Abidin ERGÜLER and Dr. Güzide KALYONCU ERGÜLER received Springer Best Award.

Prof. Dr. Zeynal Abidin ERGÜLER being an editor of the Arabian Journal of Geosciences which was scanned by SCI was also awarded Springer Best Associate Editor and Springer Best Proceedings Editor being among the world's most prestigious awards.
