Dumlupinar University came fifth in the Solar Cars Competition
Solar Car Team of Dumlupinar University came fifth in the Competition ‘Alternative Energy Powered Vehicles’ held by TUBITAK in Kocaeli Körfez Racing Circuit.
Solar Car Team of Dumlupinar University came fifth in the Competition ‘Alternative Energy Powered Vehicles’ held by TUBITAK in Kocaeli Körfez Racing Circuit. In the category of Solar energy, twenty-four teams joined to the competitions and 29 competitor attended to the Formula G category. Our team Duscart joined the races with the vehicle named Aizonai 14. Duscart team leader, Samet Dorgut expressed his feelings with these words; ‘This success made us very happy and honoured. We are sure that we will represent Dumlupinar University better and we will try to do our best. Additionally for this kind of success stories we are waiting for the support of business men from Kütahya’.
After competition, DPU Solar Car Team Duscart visited Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Karaaslan in his office and Karaaslan congratulated their success and wished the team a continued success.
