umlupinar University Social Responsibility Projects Unit has gathered students from Afghanistan training at different universities in Turkey. It aims at developing students’ ability for empathy. It arranges activities and projects for both foreign and Turkish students. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Karaaslan, the rector of Dumlupinar University, has mentioned that the most important problem in the world is ignorance, and it can be solved with the help of universities. He has made recommendations for foreign students in terms of improving themselves in every aspect of life and reading a lot. Dumlupinar University tries to underline and share universal values, tolerance and love with the whole humanity.
