IX. Cartoon Festival took place at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Dumlupınar University between the dates 13-15 April, 2015.
IX. Cartoon Festival took place at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Dumlupınar University between the dates 13-15 April, 2015. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent MERCİN, head of the department of Visual Communication and Design, declared that the importance of Cartoon and Animation was increasing day by day with the development of visiual communication technologies in cinema, television advertising and education, adding that the need of animators would go up as well. Students from the Faculty of Fine Arts walked around the city with costumes of cartoon characters, and invited the people to the festival.
