V. International Achaeology Symposium has been organized by the department of Archaeology at Dumlupinar University. It has been about Early Bronze Age. The facts related with Seyitömer Höyük have been narrated by Prof. Dr. Nejat BILGEN, head of the department of Archaeology. It is an ancient habitation site measuring 150 X 150 meters and originally was 23.5 meters high above its surroundings. He has also added that excavations in Höyük have been made in order to extract 12 million tons coal reserves beneath it. Hundreds of historical and architectural artifacts were extracted at Seyitömer Höyük in between 2006 and 2013.
