conference on the 740th Anniversary of Mevlâna’s Reunion with God has been held in the Faculty of Arts and Science at Dumlupinar University. Mevlana Celaddiin-i Rumi is a 13th century Anatolian mystic known for the Mesnevi translated into many languages. It has been mentioned that Rumi’s humanitarian perspective should be taken as an example by teaching staff, because Mevlana is the symbol of respect, tolerance, humanism, love and brotherhood.
